Lake Norris

We spent 5 days in Tennessee at Lake Norris with Jeremy's parents. Lake Norris is about 20 north of Knoxville. On the way there we decided to take the route through the mountains. It turned out to be not so good because Madeline got car sick. After about 5 1/2 hours we made it to the lake house. The kids got to spend a lot of time with their grandparents and did not want to leave. We are all ready to go back!

This is day one on a boat ride.



We all eventually got in the water. I was first to go, then Jeremy and Madeline finally made it in. Jonathan was not so excited about the water and did not really like it. He did finally put his feet in. I think we made Johnny tired.

On Tuesday we went to the Appalachia Museum. They had a lot of different animals there. My favorite was the French hen. The kids thought all these different animals were cool.
